Demi Lovato Prioritizes Health, Makes Changes to Upcoming Tour

Demi Lovato is taking proactive steps to ensure their well-being by making adjustments to their upcoming tour schedule. The Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter recently announced on Instagram that they would be canceling five shows and postponing the start of their “It’s Not That Serious” tour. This decision comes as a result of Lovato’s commitment to prioritizing their health and delivering the best possible performances for their fans.

Changes to the Tour Schedule

The tour, which was initially set to kick off in Charlotte, N.C., on April 8, will now begin in Orlando, Fla., on April 13. Lovato expressed their excitement to get back on stage and visit as many cities as possible, but also acknowledged the importance of taking care of their health. In a message to their fans, Lovato explained that they had “overextended what may be possible” and needed to build in more time to rest and rehearse in order to ensure a successful tour.

The canceled shows include stops in Atlanta, Nashville, Denver, and Las Vegas. Fans who purchased tickets to these canceled dates through Ticketmaster or AXS will be automatically issued refunds. Those who bought tickets through third-party resellers are advised to contact those platforms directly. Tickets for the original Orlando date will be honored for the new date, allowing fans to still enjoy the show without having to take any additional steps.

A Commitment to Fans and Health

Lovato’s decision to prioritize their health is a testament to their commitment to their fans and their own well-being. The singer previously declared that they were done with touring, but the “It’s Not That Serious” tour marks their return to the stage. This tour is their first since the one in support of their album “Holy Fvck” in 2022. Lovato’s enthusiasm for the tour is evident, and they are looking forward to seeing their fans and performing for them.

With this new tour schedule, Lovato is demonstrating their dedication to delivering high-quality performances while also taking care of their health. Fans can expect an unforgettable experience, and Lovato is excited to share their music with them.
