Arnold Schwarzenegger Trains His Love Child for Bodybuilding Debut
Arnold Schwarzenegger, the 78-year-old former Governor of California and Hollywood action star, has been helping train his 28-year-old love child, Joseph Baena, for his bodybuilding debut at a competition in Colorado this Saturday. Baena, who is Schwarzenegger’s son with his former housekeeper Mildred “Patty” Baena, has been documenting his transformation on social media, showing off his muscle-building skills as he lifts weights at Gold’s Gym in Venice, California.
Schwarzenegger, a seven-time Mr. Olympia and one of the most famous bodybuilders in history, has been hands-on in helping Baena prepare for his first bodybuilding competition. In videos posted on his TikTok, Baena can be seen lifting weights while Schwarzenegger stands nearby, watching his son follow in his own legendary footsteps. Baena has been working hard, packing on 18 lbs in 8 weeks leading up to the big competition, which will be held at Pinnacle Performing Arts Center in Denver.
Bodybuilding Competition and Polygraph Testing
The NPC Natural Colorado State Championships, where Baena will make his debut, has a strict policy of drug testing for all athletes. According to the competition event page, “Every athlete who enters this show will be drug tested,” and “The testing process for this event may be inconvenient but well worth the extra effort to provide the same testing experience for each athlete.” Baena has agreed to abide by the professional polygraph results, and no refunds will be given for a positive test result.
Schwarzenegger has been a great source of support and inspiration for Baena, who has said that his father is “an amazing father” and “a great person to look up to.” Baena has also praised his father’s intelligence, saying that he’s “the smartest man I know.” With Schwarzenegger’s guidance and support, Baena is ready to take the stage and show off his hard work and dedication to bodybuilding.
Schwarzenegger’s Return to Acting and Bodybuilding
Schwarzenegger has also been hitting the gym lately, as he’s reportedly getting ready to reclaim his role in the “Conan the Barbarian” sequel. The action star has been “pushing himself to the limit” and is determined to return to peak physical shape as he reprises one of his most iconic roles in the long-awaited sequel. The original movie, released in 1982, was a huge success for the studio and launched Schwarzenegger’s career as a genuine Hollywood star.
With Baena’s bodybuilding debut and Schwarzenegger’s return to acting, it’s an exciting time for the Schwarzenegger family. For more information on this story, visit Here
