A remarkable video has surfaced showing a young deer, also known as a fawn, stuck in a fence in Indian Hills, Colorado, and its subsequent rescue. The incident, which occurred on Wednesday, was captured on camera by an animal control officer from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. As the officer attempted to free the fawn, it let out a series of high-pitched bleats, protesting its release.

The animal control officer, along with another man, worked together to carefully pick up the fawn and lift it above the fence, finally freeing it from its stuck position. The fawn’s loud protests, which can be heard in the video, were humorously translated by the sheriff’s office as “Get me outta here!”

A Joyful Reunion
After being released, the fawn immediately ran off to find its mother, who was lurking nearby. The reunion was a heartwarming moment, with the other man in the video saying, “There ya go, mama.” The sheriff’s office confirmed that the fawn and its mother were reunited a short time later and continued on with their daily lives.
