A company based in New Jersey, Sabrositos Honduros, LLC, has issued a recall of approximately 32,000 pounds of various meat products due to a false USDA inspection label. The products, including chorizo, pork chops, and ribs, were shipped nationwide to retail locations and restaurants with various production dates prior to August 20, 2025.

  • Smoked pork chops, “Olancho smokes cheuleta olanchana sabrocitos hondurans” (14 oz. vacuum-sealed packages)
  • Smoker Chorizo Labolates “Olancho smoker smoker olanchhano sabrocitos hondurans” (14 oz. vacuum-sealed packages)
  • Homestyle chorizo of the house with “Olancho Chorizo Olanchano Crioll” denoted
  • Smoker BBQ Spicy Chorizo Labolated “Olancho Chorizo Parrillero Sabrocitos Honduraon” (14 oz. vacuum-sealed packages)
  • Smokers ribs “Olancho Costilla Smoker Olanchana Sabrocitos Honduraon” (14 oz. vacuum-sealed packages)
